Kevin P. Mulry is a partner at Farrell Fritz who handles government litigation and investigations, health and commercial litigation, and internal investigations. He has extensive trial and litigation experience in all areas of civil litigation. Prior to joining Farrell Fritz, Mr. Mulry served for fifteen years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. For five years, he was Principal Deputy Chief of the Civil Division, with supervisory responsibility for the office’s affirmative civil litigation, including health care fraud, mortgage and government procurement fraud, civil rights, environmental litigation, civil racketeering and labor litigation, civil penalty actions, financial litigation and civil and criminal forfeiture. He was previously Chief of the Long Island Civil Division and Chief of Employment Litigation.

Mr. Mulry mediates cases for the SDNY Mediation Panel and is a member of the Second Circuit Pro Bono Panel. He earned his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from St. John’s University.
